Where is the boarding area?
It’s the port of Villa di Gargnano, but upon request we can pick you up at any port on the lake.
Could you take us to a restaurant and wait for us?
Yes, with 24 hours’ notice.
Are there food or drinks on board?
Water is included in the fees. Other food or drinks (at extra cost) must be requested at least 48 hours before embarkation.
Do you offer night services?
Yes, upon request with 48 hours’ notice.
Can i bring my dog?
We gladly welcome small dogs (up to 8 kg) on board.
Is it possible to bring wheelchairs on board?
We do not have equipment suitable for boarding wheelchairs with passengers.
What types of payment do you accept on site?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, or payment in cash.
What types of payment do you accept at the time of booking?
We require full payment in advance, which can be made via bank transfer.
Where can I park in Villa di Gargnano?
There are few parking spaces in Villa di Gargnano; you can park along SS 45 bis and Via della Libertà heading towards Gargnano, or in Gargnano, about 800 meters from the boarding point.
What happens if the weather is bad or the lake conditions are unsafe?
At our discretion, the outing may be cancelled. In this case, we offer the possibility to reschedule the rental.
